New Features:

Better handling of multiple move-ins attempts on the last unit

For scenarios where two users attempt to initiate a move-in on the same unit we’ve made some changes to provide a more seamless experience:

    • When a user attempts to move-in on a unit that is already fully occupied they will receive a reservation email instead of going to the move-in screen.
    • The default reservation email template has been updated to hide the move-in link if the user attempts to start a move-in on a unit that is already fully occupied.
      *Because this change only affects the default template, this will not be retroactively be added to existing reservation email templates. To update any existing templates you can refer to the ‘!createdAsBackup’ code added to the template or contact our support team to assist you in utilising this.

Bug Fixes & Other Changes:

    • Fixed issue where Facility Staff Self service was not able to view tenant accounts
