Updated the appearance of the tenant account login screen

‘Hide Prices When Not Logged In’ will now display the ‘Show Prices’ button instead of ‘Call for availability’ when there is no vacancies.
Fixed issue that prevented coupon codes working when Web Rates were used
Fixed issue where Persona deals would not load
Added measures and further checks to prevent tenants from completing older reservations that have since been expired or cancelled.
